INDE’s AR Experiences Captivate Crowds in Multiple Shopping Malls in the Czech Republic

Large-screen Augmented Reality experiences, developed by UK company INDE, are taking visitor engagement to the next level in four shopping centres across the Czech Republic.

Through a breathtaking 3D experience that combines real-world elements with photorealistic 3D content, shoppers get immersed in different Augmented Reality scenes, such as the freezing Arctic wilds and the Jurassic Period. The AR experience lets them touch the untouchable as they get approached by a polar bear, orcas, penguins and a seal, and also get up-close and personal with some of the most admirable creatures that once walked the earth: life-size, beautifully detailed dinosaurs, resurrected by INDE. The system even allows participants to have their greatest moments captured and share this unique encounter with others through social media or printed photos.

INDE has already put life-sized digital dinosaurs, whales and jaguars into museums, zoos and shopping centers worldwide. Besides enabling a unique interaction with wild animals and other stunning natural world content, INDE’s BroadcastAR experience is also meant to deliver an important conservation message. It is about bringing back the extinct and then learning about why they’re gone, about the fragile environment and our impact on it.
