Here’s how it works

1) Contact us

Get in touch with us so we can set up your quick and easy free consultation.


2) Consultation

Tell us your campaign goals; we’ll explain how to best engage your audience with different lens & filter types and sponsored ad campaigns.


3) Storyboard

We issue an invoice and start work on your static 3D storyboard on receipt of your deposit.

If you wish to commission a storyboard before deciding whether or not to proceed, we offer this as a standalone service. Please see FAQs for detailed payment information.


4) We build your lens or filter

We start building your experience once you submit your digital consent. We can deliver your lens or filter in
7 - 10 business days.

If you plan to link your Snapchat Lens to a sponsored ad campaign, they recommend allowing 2 - 3 weeks to set it up in your Ad Manager Account and receive platform approval.


5) approve and upload

We send you your lens or filter proof via a direct link.

For Snapchat lenses, review your proof and give us the go-ahead to upload it into your Lens Studio account—or we can host in ours.


6) Platform approval

For organic sharing of your Snapchat Lens, allow 24 hours for platform approval. We can then send your final Snapcode!

For organic sharing of your Instagram or Facebook filter, allow 1 - 7 business days for platform approval.

7) Sponsored ads

On Snapchat: Add as a member of your Snapchat Business Manager account, and then add us as an Admin, Campaign Manager, or Creative Manager to the Ad Account where you would like to use your lens. We can then upload your lens project files for Snapchat QA. Your Business Manager Account tracks detailed analytics including impressions, reach & frequency; playtime, shares & saves.


8) Your campaign

On Snapchat: Promote your lens by sharing your Snapcode digitally or in print.

On Instagram and Facebook: Promote your filter on your feed or page with the easy-to-access link we send when the filter is approved. Instagram filters are instantly accessible on your feed via a dedicated filter button, located in the center position below your highlights reel. What do we need from you?

We need your visual references and art assets before we start work, and make sure you discuss any specific design requirements during the intake process. We also need any approvals within 24 hours in order to meet your delivery deadline.

  • Your brand logo (.PNG with transparent background is preferred. 

  • Brand colour palette, if any (share a Pantone colour name/number or hex code)

  • Font selection: if you want to embed text or your brand name into the experience, we require .OTF or .TTF

  • *Please note that Instagram doesn’t allow floating text overlays - text must be seamlessly embedded into the experience, i.e. a logo on a jersey.

  • If you’d like to add audio to your experience, please note:

  • We require you to provide us with the .mp3 file. You must own the rights to this music for it to be shared legally, otherwise we cannot include it in your lens or filter.

  • We can create custom audio for you, or source royalty-free audio files that are in the public domain.
