VYU Announces Permanent Showroom at London's Flux Innovation Lounge

Published: July 10, 2019

INDE's retail-focused VYU product suite will have its first permanent showroom in Flux’s re-launched Innovation Lounge in London. The virtual and physical collaboration space is a venue for some of the latest experimental immersive technology, showing how you can put it into practical use.

VYU will exhibit two of its key products: VyuPoint and VyuDisplay. Computer Vision-powered VyuPoint offers marketers to adapt their retail product, storefront display, visual showcase or other offering based on quality validated information about traffic, demographics, dwell time and their emotional engagement level. Unlike similar offerings, it keeps customers' privacy a top priority as it doesn't store any personal data or image files on the device or server. It’s designed to fix to any wall, frame or shop display quickly and it delivers data in real-time to a mobile application and a web interface as well.

VyuDisplay delivers individually-targetted advertising depending on their age, gender, emotional state or even identification of a family group to generate more extensive sales. It is available in multiple sizes, and it can be mounted on main shelf displays, end-caps or even in standalone format for a specific type of POS. Vyu Display is designed to deliver static product shots, pre-existing online or TVC content, and longer-format content such as recipes or how-tos.

“We’re constantly on the search for business partners that can help us expand INDE’s reach all over the world, and are delighted to have found a home with Flux. We believe that being able to demonstrate our technology in a dynamic space will really help us show VYU’s key product features, exhibiting digital-style benefits in the physical space” commented Alex Alanson, INDE’s COO.
