Digital Content Producer

Role: Full time / Workplace Flexible
Location: Budapest
Reporting to: Chief Development Officer


You will be responsible for managing the internal and external 3D production resources of INDE, and the inclusion of the content in INDE’s existing/forthcoming Products and Licensed Content packages. This will require that you work closely with Product, Development and Commercial departments to ensure the success and future growth of INDE’s Licensed Experiences across the world.


ROLE:

  • Design and develop reference assets to advertise and promote INDE’s AR content.

  • Onboard new contributors, providing submission guidance and oversight.

  • Under creative guidance from Product and Development leads, review and curate 3D assets from 3D provider’s collection(s).

  • Under creative guidance from Product and Development leads, review and curate 3D assets for both INDE’s internal and external projects.

  • Perform post-production tasks as needed, such as file conversion, extracting materials and ensuring that assets are consistent and meet technical and commercial standards.

  • Research, identify and liaise with top level 3D teams and individuals across the world.

  • Work closely with our Operations, Development and Product leads to develop scalable and efficient content review and production processes.

  • Report progress and develop new strategy alongside Product and Commercial leads.


SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in production management and delivery of digital content.

  • A strong foundation in post-production best practices.

  • A basic knowledge of industry standard 3D software for 3D modeling, texturing and rendering, with a thirst for learning more.

  • A deep interest in immersive and interactive digital technology and practice

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a digital producer/technical 3D artist/similar.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating project management, and (preferably) including international clients.

  • Strong curatorial abilities and quality evaluation skills.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a love of process and meticulously executed design.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Problem-solver, and very well versed in key technical concepts.

  • A love of start-up and SME business environments.
