Customer Service Associate
Reporting to: Senior Management
Time Commitment: Full time
INDE is looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate to join its growing development base in Budapest. You will be positive, outgoing, capable and calm under pressure as you help INDE to manage the support issues on its BroadcastAR augmented reality systems installed worldwide, and represent a key customer touchpoint for our clients.
Based in INDE’s Budapest office you will be required to provide the following:
Receive and answer incoming support requests from clients operating INDE AR systems worldwide.
Assess issue validity and perform a series of predetermined diagnostic checks via remote login on email or phone toward a simple issue close in English.
Talk clients and staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help resolve issues
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
Execute clear and precise escalation methods to move issues to relevant teams within INDE if required
Execute monthly reporting to senior management
Explore, evaluate and execute new methods to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests.

Basic level of Windows operating system
Overall understanding of general computer/IT concepts (folders, files, read/write permissions, etc)
Basic knowledge of network concepts (IP, URL, etc)
A general understanding of computer hardware peripherals and parts
