BroadcastAR Augmented Reality Experiences at the CORE Shopping Center in Calgary, Canada
Overview
The CORE in Calgary, Canada has joined the impressive list of shopping malls around the world that hosted BroadcastAR, INDE's award-winning large-screen Augmented Reality solution. Visitors had a chance to interact with three state-of-art AR experiences: Air, Land & Sea; Arctic Explorer; and Back to the Jurassic.
User Experience
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Users had their pick of some of INDE’s greatest hits at the CORE Shopping Center in Calgary. Commissioned for a large format BroadcastAR experience, INDE presented a trio of its best immersive experiences to shoppers and visitors. In “Return to the Jurassic,” users walked side by side with some of the most fearsome creatures that ever inhabited the Earth… dinosaurs. Or they could brace themselves for unforgiving cold in the immersive AR trek, “Arctic Explorer.” Finally, they could travel to far-off environments and interact with some of the planet’s most majestic creatures of “Air, Land, & Sea.”
The massive installation was also a massive success, drawing hundreds of visitors and increasing footfall for the shopping center by 8%!
